How long does setup take?
Most workforces can be live within days of the discovery workshop. Timing depends on the number of specialists, the knowledge to integrate and the readiness of the agreed connections.
Can I add more specialists later?
Yes. You can add specialists to any package at any time. Each additional specialist is AU$1,500 to set up plus AU$350 per month.
Can the specialists learn my business?
Yes. Your documents, prices, policies and FAQs provide the business knowledge used by the workforce. We configure access and instructions around the agreed roles and keep changes to that knowledge deliberate and reviewable.
Will they replace my staff?
They are designed to take repetitive work off your team’s hands. People remain responsible for relationships, judgement and the decisions that need human approval.
What does the monthly fee cover?
The dedicated platform, secure hosting, monitoring, backups, updates, management and ongoing optimisation. A separate AI subscription remains in your own name, typically AU$50–150 per month depending on team size.
Do I need technical skills?
No. You interact through a chat app such as Telegram. We configure the workforce and manage the technical platform, then show your team how to brief specialists and review their work.
